Booked the hotel for its good and excellent location really close to the largest marina in South Island, and Picton on foot. I was offered a room with particularly nice views over the marina. Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Picton.

We truly enjoyed its peaceful and perfect location.

All in all everything was nice, had a very pleasant stay for one night. They offered us good sized and spotless rooms with TV and the children slept, as for instance. A microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were provided if needed. Location: the hotel was next to a picturesque bay, a lovely park, and the waterside. Furthermore, located very close to the beach.

The motel is conveniently located near the Waikawa reserve, and the owners were friendly and helpful. The shower had strong water pressure, which was a pleasant surprise. The motel is in a stunning location, very close to the beach and right on the waterfront. We had an enjoyable experience during our city break. The apartment was clean and equipped with full cooking facilities, which was perfect for our needs. The location was ideal as it was only a short driving distance from the city center and had walks/lookouts nearby. We were lucky enough to stay in a unit with a nice view of the Bay. The owner provided us with a warm welcome and even offered us homemade biscuits, which was a lovely touch.

One drawback was the bouncy beds that woke up the other person when one was moving during the night. Also, the view from the apartment was slightly obstructed by the state of some of the neighboring properties.

Great location, tidy and clean accommodations, comfortable stay, kind owners, all necessary amenities provided, would book again.
